This wine was made with Torrontes and Pink Moscatel planted in 1945

and is now recognised as one of the finest wards in Stellenbosch

allowing the winemaker to be patient and instruct the picking of the fruit in absolute pristine condition and when tasted at their premium

Aged for 3 years

After fermentation is complete the wines are left to settle on their yeast lees for a short period before being racked again into stainless steel tanks for maturation

Tasting Notes Fresh, ripe red berries with a bit of forest floor. Yummy, ripe red and black cherries, a pinch of spice and some softly, boisterous tannins.
