それぞれの球体は足の動きに合わせて柔らかく動くように設計されており、独特な歩き心地とグリップ感がある。また、履いた時に最適なクッション性を感じられるように素材の柔軟性をコントロールすることで、手で触った時には感じられないような、フワフワと浮いているような感覚を演出する。

アッパーは甲の部分を大きくオープンにしたメリージェーン。素材はエナメル。スナップボタンで止める仕様となっている。

シンプルなはずのフォルムを持つアッパーには、全面に並行な切り込みが施され、それらが地面スレスレまでフリンジのように垂れている。歩行のたびに、それぞれが規則的に動き、まるで生き物を思わせるような印象を与える。
