De Forville Moscato d'Asti 2025 Size:750ml 82-hectare parcel of southeasterly exposedThe Moscato is harvested from the Cadel Buc vineyard in the Asti commune of Castagnole Lanze. It is vinified in stainless steel as a naturally sparkling wine with residual sugar. The vines of Muscat Blanc Petits Grains are 30 35 years of age; the fermentation is blocked when the wine achieves about 5% alcohol and the wine is bottled in late winter or the early spring of the following year.
