A blend of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Viognier and Clairette Blanche, entirely fermented on the skins in concrete. If you are not used to drinking skin fermented white wines, expect the unexpected! Apart from its unique amber hue, the Creative Batch also sports an aroma profile that might make you think twice about whats in the glass!
