The name comes from the 1967 marriage of Gabriel Baron and Dolores Fuent; today it's run by their children, who grow and make their own Champagne across their estate on the river slopes. This is their calling card, and it puts Pinot Meunier centre stage: 70% Meunier with 30% Chardonnay for lift.
