If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please click here for a different wearable size. The plugs shown in main photo are 1 1 4" (32 mm) with a gem setting about 25mm. The setting is 25mm, and will stay the same size on all plugs. If you would like this gem in a different
