Antique Quill Cutter Copper Green micarta frame1 1 4" blade of carbon steel, with half stop, 3 3 8" closed length One piece ivory handle with scrimshaw in Latin "Vincere Aut Mori" which translates to "Conquer or Die" and "Isabella Nickel silver and carbon steel cutter mechanism Blade end of the handle has a carbon steel and brass nibber Dates to the mid 1800's, excellent condition (there is staining on the steel parts, and a fine crack in the handle spine near the nibber)
