Back markings read PATENTED JAN 29 1901 Waterbury Clock Co USA. Winding key has arrow and Time KF around it. 1512 etched onto back of one of the koi fish. ICMC and 2 etched onto back of seashell. Measures 8 3 8 tall and 6 1 2 wide.
