Sipsmith VJOP London Dry Gin Mead Taste : VanillaVJOP stands for "Very Junipery Over Proof" and Sipsmith does not exaggerate. Developed by master distiller Jared Brown after studying the various ways juniper is introduced into London Dry gin over a two year period, VJOP is bottled at 57. 7% ABV, a strength chosen specifically to strike the perfect balance of juniper intensity. During production, three times more juniper is used than in Sipsmith's standard London Dry, undergoing a "triple juniper"
