with ripe fruit and herbs - the small amount of oak influence in this cuvée gives the wine a rounded aspect with old vines bringing depth and complexity

The wines were transferred to seasoned oak barrels for 22 months and blended prior to bottling

while the macadamia nuts add softness and an almost creamy palate

The 2021 vintage saw reds that were beautifully balanced with great colour and depth of flavour with fine tannin. Wonderfully drinkable as a young rich fruit driven red but will reward medium term cellaring of six to eight years.
