A Spanish classic, the fruit was left to briefly steep on its skins allowing gentle extraction of colour and flavour before fermentation in stainless steel tank. This is a silky, refined style of Ros where the grape variety contributes a more interesting fruit flavour than a lot of Provence Ross. Dry, spicy, nuanced.
