Inside the box is a nicely realized gilt silver figurine of a saint. A kind eBay member has told us that this is St. Anthony of Padua. He holds the Christ Child in his left arm and lilies in the other. The box is beautifully engraved on the back with three stars over a cross, the letters MA, and three arrows. We believe this item possibly dates to medieval Europe. From the
