There is white pepper to it, with a hedgerow (hawthorn, nettle and elderflower) like flavour. Kinda reminds me of a few English wines I've tried, but being from Romania, it is half the price! Producer Established in 1949, Viile Metamorfosis was originally part of Vinalcool Prahova wineries, and during the communist period, a lot of wine was vinified at this property.
