2021 Bank Barn Baco Noir Rosé sub-appellation 20 Mile BenchDeep purple in colour; intense, floral, blackberry nose with an ink note; medium bodied, dry, juicy, herbal, blackberry flavour carried on lively acidity. 90 pts, Tony Aspler, O. C. Vinification: Harvested from the Estate Vineyard in late September, destemmed and left in tank to ferment on the skins to provide optimal colour extraction. After fermentation the wine did not see any oak or additives before being filtered, sweetened slightly, and bottled.
