This light bodied wine stimulates the palate with flavors of pomegranate, red cherry & tomato vine. Characterized by transparency and purity, this is a classic expression of this Jura inspired varietal. Vineyard & Production Notes 50% of the fruit spent ten days on the skins, and the other half spent 20 days on the skins. It spent five months in thin staved
