This is a proper chunky monkey with dark berry flavours, hints of cocoa, silky smooth tannins and a long finish. For something balanced, deep and delicious, give this a try. These Saperavi vines are 35 years old, growing in the Kakheti region of southeast Georgia. The wine is fermented on its skins for 2 to 3 weeks in Qvevri clay
