Mills Glass (Blend Five) Style_Fruited A delicious beer for theGlass is our series of beers characterised by a delicate minerally flavour, fresh kettle hop aroma, and the addition of sea salt in the blending tank. This is our fifth iteration. This is the same brew that produced our fourth iteration of Glass, but this release has spent a further year in barrel. The wort spent a night in our coolship, before fermenting in an ancient oak puncheon that previously held both West Country cider and Caribbean rum. It was
