On the nose is roasted nuts and burnt cake, plus cooked wine, indeed between triple sec and Sauternes, with some sweet beers too, apricot eau de vie (Swiss apricotine) or liqueur, plus some fresh panettone. The palate comes grist and orange blossom. You do feel many apples and tart oranges and apricots, plus touches
