Vineyard: Kartli region, village of Mukhrani. Making of: Destemmed gently crushed into stainless steel. Macerated on the skins for one week, then racked to stainless steel and aged for 24 months before bottling. These two varieties are co planted, co picked, and fermented together. Personality: Reminiscent of Pineau dAunis. Light red, with good acidity and a hint of spice.
