a serious red vinified to reflect its capacity to age

and the wine is raised on the lees for one year in 600-liter barrels followed by a year in stainless steel tanks

Planted to southeast facing slopes at 200 to 350 meters altitude on limestone soils composed mostly of white marl with very little clay

it sees a mere 10% new barrels

Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand Arbois-Pupillin Trousseau 2022 Size:750ml On the palate the wineCrinquands version of Trousseau from Pupillin is vinified in barrel in similar manner to his Ploussard, and is more fine and elegant than the other Trousseaux in our portfolio and is less rustic than Crinquands Ploussard. The Trousseau plantings are isolated in vineyards the composition of which is a classic mix of clay and limestone dominated by small pebbles and stones.
