An almond sweet dough shell that is filled with a dark chocolate ganache and then topped with slices of fresh strawberries

The tart is about 13" from top to bottom and will feed 15-18 people depending on size of slices

It is made up of 3 layers of our almond sweet dough with 3 layers of our bavarian cream in between. We then top it off with fresh fruit, French macarons and fresh flowers. This dessert will feed between 15 18 people.
