It is Signed RP , also says U. S. Pat. Off.,Copyrite, 1925, by The Chicago Tribune . The print is framed in a black wood frame. The frame appears very old as well. You can tell by looking at the back of the frame, in my photos,the Nails are inserted , holding the print in place,
