Naked Kina is a wine base liqueur ideal served chilled as an aperitif or mixed in a number of classic cocktails. To Make it, we start with Sav Blanc from an independent winery in Mt Macedon. As soon as the wine comes through ours doors, it's fortified and infused with fresh orange peel, cinnamon myrtle, strawberry gum and a handful of earthy herbs. We give away the peeled oranges to a local cafe to press into juice. We don't add
