While it can be made from up to 10 grape varietals, Delord uses just four. Single distilled and at a lower ABV off the still, this makes for a very flavourful liquid. The ageing is done in cask and then transferred to glass demijohns. The XO expressions are usually aged for 10 years minimum Delord's XO is 15 years
