Domaine Ollier Taillefer Les Collines Faugeres 2015 75cl Burgundy wrapped in a very firmWonderfully poopy with some lovely funky crisper berry fruit. Nice mulchy aromas too. Palate is soft, clean, bit of spice and a red apple and with some spice on the end, gripping tannin, but well structured. A lovely Carignan, Grenache and Syrah blend.
