Pour 2 cups boiling water over tea, cover bowl with towel and allow to steep and cool 5 minutes. Place bowl on heatproof surface where you can sit comfortably. Place your face 12 inches above bowl, drape a large towel over head and bowl to create a steam tent, close eyes and enjoy. If it feels too hot under the towel, let cool a few minutes longer
