Floor Bond Primer smooth finishA water based, ready to use, white polymer emulsion liquid. To act as a primer liquid for Polsihed Plaster Co's Polished Floor Coat. Features Binds well to all cementitious and concrete surfaces. Provide a more solid primed surface to prevent entrapped air to surface. Ready to use from container and easy to apply. Low VOCs.
