Lunch Room Colour:Black Quarrying here from around 1905Two ceiling fans hang motionless above a concrete floor in the lunch room of Peters Creameries Pty Ltd's former dairy factory at Chatham. Locker units line the walls beneath four steel framed windows, a desk and chair left against the far wall. The factory opened on 4 November 1939, with capacity for 70 to 80 workers across three shifts. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory series.
