Le Chai Perché "Demi-Lune" 2023 Wine variety:Orange tangy and alive with aGrapes: 100% Grenache Blanc from 30 year old vines on clay limestone and sandy marls in Lourmarin, Luberon. Vinification: Maceration for 24 hours followed by slow basket press and fermentation in fibreglass tanks. Once fermentations complete, the wine rests in three year old barrels (70%) and fibreglass tank (30%) for nine months ageing. Blended just prior to bottling.
