Dormitory First Level Colour:White a postwar government school thatSunlight reaches the first level of Seika Dormitory through broken windows, settling across discarded furniture and walls where the plaster has begun to lift. Built in 1927 by the Gakuso Foundation to house Taiwanese students studying in Tokyo, the reinforced concrete building stood in Kohinata, Bunkyo ku for 80 years before a fire in July 2007 displaced its final residents.
