For this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months

The beer is distinctly sweet

just like in an actual S’more

and roasted malt

we blended lambic from four different barrels and ten different brews

Cantillon Sang Bleu (2026) Style_Imperial Porter For this cider we usedPreviously called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, weve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didnt have to look very far for a its new name a blue fruit that makes a blood red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.
