Brewed in small batches with extra attention to detail, Naminooto Shuzo has gained a great reputation amongst industry and sake lovers. This sake is brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki polished down to 40%. Fruity, smooth, and clean with a hint of sweetness. Pairs beautifully with lighter dishes such as salads, sushi, or sashimi.
