There are some small chips around the edge and on the corners

I bought a few original wrenches when I was in Germany and they proved indispensable so I was very happy to find a source for a decent repro that isn't beaten up

I am not sure if these are some unusual interwar example or if they are maybe a late war example

The latches are a little tight and hard to turn. There are a few red spots in the material and a couple very small spots of rust. This style was common and popular before the war but started to disappear for more bulky styles in the late 30's through the war.
