It took a little while for a handful of aircraft to depart in that direction

Along the way there are signs showing the change in location of the glacier itself over the years

It was here I came across a couple taking in the football game as their dog took a little nap

Climbing the 268 steps to get to the statue as it looks out above you is an amazing experience. It was an overcast day but this allowed for the low clouds to set the scene as I looked towards Po Lin Monastery.
