The building is open to the public and features a large 3D map of Iceland which you can view in the lower level of the building

The look from this location can differ depending on the time of year as well as the weather so it is always a view I check when walking through the park

The times I have stood in front of Harpa it never is the same

Finding a nice angle I captured the peaks of the canopy as it rose into the threatening clouds of the day

Sunshine on an Iceberg Size:24"x36" The building is open toSailing past this iceberg the pure ice really stood out to me. As an iceberg melts it starts to change its disposition in the water based on the mass and how it is balanced. In this iceberg you can see some of the results of that shifting with the line of difference between the top and bottom. At that point there is also the clear ice which will sometimes happen at the water line or in this case where the water line was recently.
