Brit46 this shell remains as IBrit46 (MkIII Turtle) The shell is an original WW2, British manufactured MkIII turtle shell with a stainless steel banded edge and the chinstrap lugs rivets located higher in the shell than the post war MkIV. The helmet is clearly stamped inside the rear of the shell as BMB Mk III V96 1944 (Briggs Motor Bodies Ltd, Dagenham).
