Mat Pilates Class BOGO (First Timers):4 or gifted credits are notThis 55 minute Pilates class blends intentional movement, strength, mobility, and community in an elevated studio setting. Class incorporates Pilates props such as a ball, light weights, and my resistance bands to help deepen the work while remaining beginner friendly and challenging when needed. As I continue building my Pilates teaching practice through Balanced Body to complete my certification, this class offers a supportive space to learn, move,
