Featuring a yellow gold heart shaped case inlaid with an iridescent white shell and green crystal starburst (silver) embellishment on the front and decorated with line engravings on the back. The inner locket has two heart shaped picture frames with a white paper backing and plastic cover (one is missing). The locket is suspended from a gold loop (maybe
