Madam Green by Ruth Ellen Hoag, Acrylic on Paper tribe Abdul Razzak Zaarur was born30 x 22 Original Artwork Acrylic on Arches 140lb Paper on Board (Box Frame) Ruth Ellen Hoag earned her degree at Manhattan School of Music with French horn major. After a long standing career in music, she turned her attention to art with award winning paintings exhibited in galleries in New York, California, Florida, Colorado and elsewhere. She made her foray into public art in 2017 with two large murals commissioned by Santa Barbara Beautiful.
