This skid is the little orange bump located on the underside of the robot near the line tracking sensor. Edison V1 and V2 came with a clear skid that is also available. Both the clear and orange skids fit all versions. The orange skid helps keep the front of Edison up off the surface below the robot. This is especially important to enable Edison to use the line tracking
