The vines are planted according to the Alberello system in a special symmetrical grid, so that each plant enjoys the same exposure. The blend is composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc. The wine comes from a two hectare plot entirely planted with long rows of saplings, which are located at an altitude of 30 meters above sea level on mainly
