Dreissigacker Riesling Ireland Palate: Candied lemon rindTasting Notes The Riesling is aromatic and extremely fruity. Grapes were hand picked, with maceration for up to 18 hours and spontaneous fermentation with 10% aged in wooden barrels and 90% in stainless steel. This is a light wine, little effervescent, a fervent lemon crisp, white peaches and stone fruit aromas with high refreshing acidity. Pale yellow colour with green reflexes, a nose full of ripe fruit aromas of citrus, apricot & light spice notes
