The sterling is tarnish resistant, however I've intentionally tarnished this piece to add to the depth of the setting, and the higher parts are polished to a high shine. The overall width is approximately 14mm across the face of the ring and the stone is set nice and low, open in back. 925 Sterling Silver is Nickel free, Recycled AND Tarnish resistant.
