Petoskey stones are fossilized remnants of an ancient coral reef that was deposited in Michigan's lower UP by glaciation. The settings and push backs are solid fine and 925 sterling silver. The settings are about 9 mm across. The posts are about 10 mm long. We hand crafted both the setting and stones for this set. The bezel that holds the stones has a triangular serrated edge.
