Crafted by artist Bismarck Victoria, who was born in the Dominican Republic in 1952. He moved to New York in 1975, and in 1977, Mr. Victoria began working with Isamu Noguchi, whom he assisted in many projects, and in the execution of the process of completion and installations at The Garden Museum in Long Island City. He has exhibited in numerous galleries and
