It is of the brand Kent and was most likely produced sometime during the 1930s, or possibly slightly later. It was originally sold by Karl Pettersson in Tranemo, a small town near Gothenburg. It is made from dark grey felt and features matching hatband and brim binding. The interior is lined with silk bearing both the brands and the retailers logos. The sweatband is light coloured leather.
