This is a gorgeous sounding OM for the guitarist looking for something just a little (but not too) different from plain old Sitka and Rosewood but still want a bright and warm traditional tone

playful dreadnought with a  dynamic range that can hold its own in ensemble settings

and not a noise suppressor -- but a real hum extractor

2011 Martin Marquis D-28 back Ovangkol This is a gorgeous soundingThe Martin Marquis was Martin's top of the line in 2011 and this guitar sounds as good as it should with an Adirondack Spruce top and Indian Rosewood sides and back. It has an easy playing 1 3 4" nut width and a 2 5 16" Bridge spacing. The guitar is in excellent condition, is nicely broken in and shows some signs of normal playing but there are no dents or dings.
