This is new old stock from the 1970's 1980's. Holster for a S&W K frame model 19 revolver 4". This will also fit the Model 10, 12, 15 or similar up to 4". Holster has a paddle and a loop to further secure the holster to a belt up to 2 1 4". Interior has a sewn in sight block. This is new old stock with light storage wear and some have stickers from tex some do
