My favorite thing about this buckle is that I designed it to be the width of the leather belt it fits (1 1/4″) so it lines up wonderfully when worn

Once it is sanded properly

They even have the “belt buckle finding” on the back just like a real belt buckles

I have upgraded the original design since then so that it now is curved and wears even more beautifully

Then using only a printed out picture of your horses as my guide

First I hammer texture the thick copper for more interest and also to work harden the copper. Once the hammering is done (one hammer stroke for each "dimple" you see), I handsaw out the pig. After carefully sanding and polishing all the edges so it's comfortable to hold, I bend it into the pig money clip. Some wives rave about their husbands buying them flowers or something similar, well my man made me a hand
