We use birch buds and elderflowers lovingly picked from Spring woodlands near our on farm distillery. We copper distil them to produce a smooth, tantalizing and surprising forest fresh flavour with light floral hint from the elderflower and a long, warm finish. It works great as a frozen shot, over ice or with
